NewTech WPC's are mainly derived from cellulose fibers and the various polymers for each specific product and different additives to help UV stabilization and other necessary conditions. When these two materials are combined, careful thought and consideration is given to the proper mixing ratio of each component and the various additives used to provide a high quality, low cost material that we are able to provide you our valued customer.

Cellulose fiber is typically added to reduce cost, increase strength and provide higher dimensional stability with minimal expansion and
contraction. Polymers are much more likely to expand and contract with temperature changes than cellulose.

Cellulose fiber, on the other hand, is more likely to absorb water, grow mold, mildew and stain as a result of spills or unfavorable weather
conditions.

The proper size of the fibers is a critical element for the smooth compounding and extrusion processes and the key in setting the final physical and mechanical properties of the product manufactured. This allows NewTech products to offer you better flexural strengths, load capacities,flexible designs, chemical resistance, water resistance and resistance to wood eating insects at a range of competitive prices.
